Our same Creole garlic sauce but... with Meyer lemon preserved for a minimum of 2 months in sea salt, pepper and bay leaf. It is smooth, unctuous, delicate and with a bright and clear lemon flavor. The flavor of fresh Creole garlic and lemon harmonize to highlight the flavors of what they accompany.


Try it with a white fish, some good chicken kebabs and some roasted vegetables or sandwiches...
