Reishi o Ganoderma lucidum is also known as the spirit mushroom or immortality mushroom in traditional Chinese medicine. Anti-tumor, anti-bacterial, anti-cancer, anti-viral, immunoprotective and a respiratory tonic. Improves energy and mental acuity. Reduces stress and anxiety.


Dandelion root:Abundant in rich amounts of usable minerals such as calcium, iron, copper, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, selenium, silicon, and zinc. They are also an excellent source of vitamin A, B complex, vitamin C and D. They also provide beneficial carotenoids, fatty acids, flavonoids and phytosterols. Dandelion roots also contain high amounts of potassium. Dandelion helps improve liver function in various ways. It can support elimination by stimulating bile and help the liver to preferentially produce high-quality fats (HDL) over low-quality fats (LDL and VLDL). These fats are basic components of the cells of our body and their quality determines the integrity and resistance of our tissue. The roots can create a potassium-rich anti-cancer environment and help scavenge free radicals and help fight viruses, infections, and fevers.


Burdock root:Contains small amounts of many vital vitamins, including folic acid, riboflavin, pyridoxine, niacin, vitamin E, and vitamin C, which are essential for optimal health. It is also high in folic acid and immunoactive polysaccharides which contribute to the herb's immune-boosting properties. One of the most important benefits of astragalus is that it has a wonderful ability to improve the functions of the immune system. Improves immune function by increasing the production, function, and activity of immune cells. According to some studies, astragalus can reduce the duration of colds. It stimulates the body to produce a group of substances known as interferons, which the body uses to protect itself against viral infections. Astragalus protects the body against different types of stress, including physical, emotional or mental stress and is therefore called an adaptogen. In addition, it has the ability to protect against many serious diseases such as diabetes, cancer, hypertension, respiratory infections, etc.


It is also used to isolate astragalosidase with which they have made the famous TA-65 as a supplement for telomere degeneration.


Use in decoction for 2 hours over low heat in a covered pot. Store in the fridge up to 2 weeks.
