The first Fuego Ancestral chili, an assemblage of Thai 'cock sauce' with the idea of a chipotle in Mexican marinade: fermented with Creole garlic and salt... it smells of fire, roasted, fruity, complex, deep and delicious for breakfast varieties and stews.


Ingredients:Smoked morita chile, salt, criollo garlic, tomato paste, mother vinegar.


Profile: smoky, umami, sweet notes, deep - medium spicy of short duration. 


Store in fridge. Always use a clean spoon without saliva or other food.

  • I'm a living sauce, put me in the fridge as soon as I get home. In the fridge, Fuego Ancestral sauces do not have an expiration date. They get even better.
