Tomas El Rayess is an artist and culinary medicine chef specializing in gut & metabolic health paired with delicious world cuisine.

 

As an integrative thinker he designs regenerative systems at the intersection of biology, philosophy, and the healing arts.

 

Drawing from deep roots in ancestral nourishing traditions, modern science, and systems design, Tomas helps individuals and communities regenerate from within. His work focuses on restoring health, reawakening meaning, and reimagining what it means to care for our human body properly.

Tomás grew up differently than most people. Surviving complex childhood trauma made him seek tools to make sense of his body, soul, and place in the world. He has created a system to bring your soul fully home to your body, refine your values, needs, desires, beliefs and personal practice for an intentional life.

 

Tomas is the author of Medicinal: The Extraordinary Power of Food, founder of Wisdom Flavor Studio, creator and Host of the Masters of Regeneration Radio podcast on Spotify and Fuego Ancestral Food Group in Colombia.

 

He has traveled the world from age 4 and speaks fluent English, French, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and has a working command of Japanese and Italian. 

 

He is an award-winning international artist, photographer, did his MFA in Multimedia Arts at Nihon University in Tokyo on a Japanese government scholarship awarded to only 5 people per year.
